On February 10, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the Decision on Amending the Administrative Regulations on Access of New Energy Vehicle Manufacturing Enterprises and Products (Draft for Comments) (hereinafter referred to as the “Draft for Comments”), which mentioned that 10 sections would be amended, including the Requirements for Access Review of New Energy Vehicle Manufacturing Enterprises, the Requirements for Access Review of Entities Subordinated to Enterprise Groups, the Special Inspection Items and Criteria for New Energy Vehicle Products, the Application for Access of New Energy Vehicle Manufacturing Enterprises, the Main Technical Parameter Sheet for New Energy Vehicle Products, and the Annual Report on New Energy Vehicles, etc.
