The White Paper elaborates the core concept of 5G Message, defines the relevant business functions and technical requirements, and puts forward some ideas on the ecological construction of 5G Message. It is reported that 5G Message is an upgrade of traditional short message service, which can provide users with text, voice, picture, video and other services.
