Cennavi, the Big Data Company of NavInfo Group, Supports Epidemic Prevention and Control

With the sudden breakout of novel coronavirus pneumonia (NCP), Cennavi, the big data company of NavInfo Group, actively undertakes the social responsibilities. It has supported related departments in Xi 'an to launch the "Traffic & Epidemic Prevention and Control Operational Map" in time and has provided services such as population migration analysis and check-up site analysis via its established big data visualization technology, to help related departments in Xi 'an to know the real-time situation of large spring transportation population flow and to make effective decisions in cutting off the transmission route of the virus based on the practical data. Additionally, the big data analysis can enable prediction of the epidemic situation and drawing of the overall epidemic situation map, which can not only provide data support in government decision-making and control, but also ensure the public to receive real-time, transparent and valid information in a timely manner, thus to reduce the panic caused by the unknown and make a timely response.


The "Traffic & Epidemic Prevention and Control Operational Map" adopts the basic platform, Minemap, independently developed by Cennavi, which can realize fast migration and invocation of data, map visualization rendering and data display, thus providing guarantee for the system to go online in time. The system mainly includes two modules, i.e. population migration analysis and check-up site analysis.


Real-time Analysis of Population Migration Provides Data Support for Epidemic Prevention and Control


The population migration analysis function developed by Cennavi can realize the analysis in many respects such as characteristics of population migration, OD of inter-provincial traffic flow and the corresponding ranking of places of departure and destinations for public travel in cities, to provide data support for implementation of security protection and control measures. Additionally, it can also enable the related departments to focus on the protection and monitoring for cities and regions ranked top, so as to control the population migration flow and prevent the spread of the epidemic effectively.

Uploading of Real-time Pictures from Check-up Sites to Provide Guarantee for the Full Implementation of Checking, Seizing, Blocking and Controlling Tasks


Cennavi has realized the presentation of check-up sites in Xi 'an on the map in a visual form by means of its established visualization technology, and has enabled the statistical analysis of the incoming and outgoing data of all check-up sites based on the time dimension. The analysis results could help related departments to know the travel volume of each check-up site in real time and to complete the station work arrangement and staffing in advance by taking into account of the ratio of incoming flow and outgoing flow, so as to provide the guarantee for the full implementation of checking, seizing, blocking and controlling tasks.
