Intellectualization will be the development trend of automobiles in the future. In order to speed up the development of the industry of the connected car (ICV), and vigorously cultivate new growth points and form new momentum, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology formulated the Connected Car (ICV) Industry Development Action Plan ("Action Plan" for short below). By 2020, we will achieve a breakthrough in the cross-industry integration of the ICV Industry. ICV with high-level automated driving function will achieve specific scenario scale applications, and the penetration rate of the connected car users will reach more than 30%.
