The National Public Security Work Conference was held in Beijing from 7 to 8. Xi Jinping, as General Secretary of the Communist Party of China, President of the State and Chairman of the Central Military Commission, attended the conference and gave a keynote speech. Xi Jinping pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen confidence and take advantage of the situation to further promote public security reform in the new era. Big data should be regarded as a big engine to promote the innovative development of public security work, cultivate combat effectiveness and generate new growth points, and comprehensively promote the quality, efficiency and power changes in public security work. More measures for higher-quality services should be implemented to give the public a substantial sense of fulfillment.
