Recently, the Ministry of Science and Technology has released the 2019 Guide to Joint R & D and Demonstration Project Declaration for key points of strategic international scientific and technological innovation cooperation, and listed 14 key areas, including earth observation and navigation, etc. The total national funding is estimated as RMB 240 million.
