On September 22, Cennavi, the big data company under NavInfo Group, and Jiangsu Kechuang Connected Vehicle Industry Research Institute Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing. The both parties will carry out in-depth cooperation in terms of intelligent transportation and Connected Vehicle. Ao Xiang, Deputy General Manager of Cennavi, and Liu Gan, President of Kechuang Connected Vehicle Industry Research Institute, signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement on behalf of both parties.
According to the agreement, both parties will cooperate with each other in the aspects of location big data, research and development capability of platform application, information construction of intelligent transportation and related research and application to carry out cooperation around intelligent transportation, Connected Vehicle and other fields, jointly promoting the construction of industrial platform of intelligent CVS roadside facilities, and improving the technological innovation ability of roadside facilities and the development level of industrial agglomeration in Chinese market. In the future, both parties will actively explore more business cooperation modes based on their respective strategic resources to jointly create a new ecology of the intelligent CVS industry, so as to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
