According to the National Development and Reform Commission, the New Infrastructure is mainly composed of three parts, i.e. Information Infrastructure, Convergence Infrastructure and Innovation Infrastructure. The Information Infrastructure mainly refers to the infrastructure generated based on the evolution of new generation information technology, such as the communication network infrastructure represented by 5G, Internet of Things, Industrial Internet and Satellite Internet, the new technology infrastructure represented by artificial intelligence, cloud computing and block chain, and the computing power infrastructure represented by data center and intelligent computing center. Convergence Infrastructure mainly refers to the infrastructure formed by deep application of the technologies such as Internet, big data and artificial intelligence, to support the transformation and upgrading of traditional infrastructure, such as intelligent transportation infrastructure and intelligent energy infrastructure. Innovation Infrastructure mainly refers to the public welfare infrastructure supporting scientific research, technological development and product development, such as major scientific and technological infrastructure, scientific and educational infrastructure, and industrial technological innovation infrastructure.
