According to information from the Research Center (Beijing) for Global Urban Intelligent Engineering Technology, the organization recently signed a "Cooperation Agreement on Promoting the Distribution of Urban Codes in Dingzhou City" with the People's Government of Dingzhou City, Hebei Province.  Thus, Dingzhou had also become the first provincial controlled county-level city that had been approved as a city code distribution node in our nation. The Smart City Code Identification System is a basic code system designed and developed on the basis of the world's top node code MA that is independently developed by China and conforms to ISO/IEC15459 international standards, and it is independently distributed and managed by China. The system features with uniform distribution rules, distributed storage analysis and code tamper-proofing. It also follows the legal norms and guiding spirit of the Cryptography Law of the People's Republic of China.
