Cennavi Continues to Exert Efforts in the Traffic Police Field and Empowers Intelligent Olympic Winter Games.

Recently, Zhangjiakou completed its acceptance of the Traffic Police and Big Data Integration Project. The project is borne by Zhangjiakou's traffic police together with Cennavi - a professional big data company subordinated to NavInfo ("Cennavi" for short below) and Hebei Inno Technology Co., Ltd. ("Hebei Inno" for short below). 


To build a complete system of intelligent transportation control, comprehensive research and analysis & decision-making support, and realize the leapfrog development of traffic management. 


In recent years, under the macro background of joint efforts of Beijing and Zhangjiakou in 2022 Olympic Winter Games and coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, the contradiction between supply and demand of urban traffic in Zhangjiakou has become increasingly prominent with the rapid development. The increasingly serious traffic congestion has become a hot issue to be solved urgently. 


With a purpose to adapt to the rapid development of big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies, and to meet the needs of Zhangjiakou Intelligent Olympic Winter Games and traffic integration construction of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, Zhangjiakou's traffic police further implements the strategy of strengthening police and big data of public security, fully utilizes big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and other technologies based on Zhangjiakou's existing information construction of traffic management, and cooperates with Cennavi and Hebei Inno to build the Zhangjiakou Traffic Police and Big Data Integration Project, so as to build a complete system of transportation control, comprehensive research and analysis & decision-making support featured as high efficiency and intelligence, realize the leapfrog development of traffic management in Zhangjiakou, comprehensively improve the comprehensive service ability and management level of traffic safety, and further provide relevant traffic service assurance for the construction of Zhangjiakou Intelligent Olympic Winter Games. 


Two parts are included in the project construction: software construction and hardware construction. Wherein, software construction also contains two parts, namely, "Big Data All-round Application Platform" and "Traffic Police Research and Analysis Platform". As an industry-leading service provider of location big data, Cennavi undertakes the R & D and construction of "Traffic Police Research and Analysis Platform" (software construction) to provide technical support for the smooth implementation of the project. 


To build a new generation of the Visualization Analysis System of Location Big Data, and achieve scientific traffic management. 


Based on the mature processing technology of big data of Cennavi, the "Traffic Police Research and Analysis Platform" is a new generation of the Visualization Analysis System of Location Big Data constructed on the video private network of Zhangjiakou's traffic police, which integrates traffic police access, electronic police system and other business data, and builds the Traffic Police Big Data Research and Analysis System, to provide decision-making support for traffic command and dispatch, and research and analysis of Zhangjiakou traffic police, and to achieve scientific traffic management. 


 (1) Access to the multi-source traffic road condition data for real-time display of road network. 


The access to the multi-source road condition data of trunk roads in Zhangjiakou realizes the function of data mining and analysis based on multi-source road condition data, helps the traffic police department to understand the traffic situation of the whole road network timely and accurately, provides decision-making support for traffic command and dispatch and research and analysis, and improves the efficiency of road operation.

 (2) The latest visualization technology of maps for automatic flight inspection. 


Based on the latest visualization technology of maps, the traffic cruise function of the key monitoring sections and regions of urban traffic can achieve flight effect. It also supports the automatic flight inspection on the key road sections as well as the check on traffic operation of the road network, to save traffic police's time for manual inspection and improve work efficiency.

 (3) Research and analysis of traffic congestion for scientific decision-making support. 


Through the integration and analysis of big data of urban traffic operation such as the traffic police access and electronic police system, the platform can provide relevant traffic research and analysis functions, thus helping the traffic police department to further analyze the root causes of traffic congestion in Zhangjiakou urban area, providing decision-making support for traffic command and dispatch and research and analysis, and improving the management efficiency of traffic management department for traffic congestion, and driving scientific management.

 (4) Analysis and evaluation of traffic intersections for implementation of traffic optimization measures. 


The integration and analysis of data of Internet road condition and intersection detector support the special research and analysis of major traffic intersections, key roads and road carrying capacity, thus forming a professional traffic operation evaluation index, providing data support for traffic police department to analyze and implement traffic optimization measures, and meeting the needs of management departments for rational command and dispatch, guiding public mobility and guiding urban traffic.
