Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of PRC issued the "Guidelines for the Development of Industrial Big Data (Draft for Comment)" (referred to as the "Guidelines") on its website, which clearly promoted the application of 5G and other technologies in industrial scenes, focused on fostering the industrial big data solution provider for major fields such as energy and chemical industry, aerospace, construction and steel, and supported the qualified industrial big data companies to carry out equity financing. By 2025, the industrial big data resource system, integration system, industrial system and governance system would have been constructed basically, to form a closed-loop development chain from data aggregation and sharing, data technology products, data fusion applications to data governance.
