The Agreement stipulates that the two parties shall cooperate with each other to explore the field of intelligent transportation, through synergizing their advantages in the fields such as location big data, platform application research and development capability, information construction for intelligent transportation and operation management; and shall continue to realize innovations in development of new technologies in the field of intelligent transportation, application of demonstration projects, and integration and complementarity of solutions, in order to jointly launch relevant innovative products and industrial solutions to achieve mutual benefit and win-win.

In the cooperation with regard to implementation of solutions for intelligent transportation industry, the two parties will jointly make an innovative all-round, multi-channel and three-dimensional intelligent transportation informatization solution, with the aim of improving the planning, operation and management level of Suzhou government in information construction for intelligent transportation, based on the data and technical advantages of Cennavi's location big data platform in the intelligent transportation industry, as well as its application and research & development capabilities of location big data platform, map data and vehicle big data, in combination with the industrial experience and capabilities of Suzhou Intelligent Transportation in information construction for intelligent transportation, operation, consultation and planning.

In the cooperation with regard to research and development of products, the two parties will jointly achieve innovations in new technologies based on the research and development fields and directions that both parties are good at respectively. They will integrate and complement platform products, and continuously launch more competitive and forward-looking innovative platform products such as TOCC information platform, intelligent high-speed information platform and transportation big data analysis application platform, based on the Cennavi's location big data platform, massive traffic operation data and capabilities in researching and developing products such as electronic maps, ADAS maps and refined maps, in combination with the industrial experience and planning experience of Suzhou Intelligent Transportation and the advantages of Suzhou Traffic and Transportation Bureau in understanding of the industry.

At the signing ceremony, Yang Laitu, Deputy General Manager of Cennavi, pointed out that the cooperation was based on mutual recognition on the core competitiveness of the enterprise and its status in the industry. In the future, the two parties will take the opportunity of the ITS World Congress 2022 to carry out in-depth cooperation in the field of intelligent transportation and build innovative products and model demonstration projects together, based on Cennavi's advantages in location big data and its capabilities in development of relevant applications, in combination with the advanced technology and experience of Suzhou Intelligent Transportation in Suzhou's information construction for intelligent transportation and operation management, in order to provide relevant support for the successful hosting of the ITS World Congress 2022 in Suzhou.
