From April 9 to 10, 2019, Nordic Edge China Summit was held in Beijing, China for the first time. Cennavi, a professional big data company under NavInfo (Cennavi for short below) was invited to attend the meeting and deliver a keynote speech.

Nordic Edge Expo is the largest and professional exhibition of smart cities in Northern Europe. Initiated by Stavanger City, Norway, Nordic Edge Expo is greatly supported by the Nordic Innovation Commission and EU institutions, which has become one of the most important places in Europe for smart city professional exchanges. It is home to first-class smart city enterprises, colleges and universities, research institutes and top experts and investment institutions in Europe, which is a great event for inspiration collision, thought exchange and business coordination. This time, Nordic Edge Expo was first held in Beijing, China, that is, Nordic Edge China Summit. Government officials, scientific research institutions, industry experts at home and abroad and representatives from many countries around the world attended the meeting.
During the meeting, Li Jianjun, the Marketing Director of Cennavi, gave a keynote speech titled "Location Big Data Empower Smart Cities", and shared innovative applications and services of Cennavi Location Big Data Platform in traffic planning, traffic management and decision-making, traffic logistics and insurance and other fields with guests at the meeting.

Li said in the speech that as a professional big data company under NavInfo, Cennavi possesses massive multi-source location big data and has built an authoritative national location data warehouse. MineData? Location Big Data Platform with independent intellectual property rights helps industry customers to carry out the in-depth analysis and mining of big data. Based on industry shortcomings, it provides customers with complete industry solutions, meeting the needs for enterprise transformation and upgrading in the context of big data. Since its release, it has been applied in traffic, traffic police, public security, logistics, insurance, planning, poverty alleviation and other fields. The big data project covers the entire country and has a large number of key customers.
Li said that Cennavi, as a leading location big data company in China, is the first to realize the commercial use of dynamic traffic information. It's the first Chinese company to introduce RDS-TMC (Radio Data Service-Traffic Message Channel) and TPEG (Transport Protocol Experts Group) and provide commercial traffic information services. Its traffic information service products have been widely used in Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Volkswagen, Toyota, Nissan, Tesla, General Motors and other large international customers. At present, Cennavi is also the only service provider that supports TMC, TPEG, VICS and RTIC (Real Time Traffic Information of China). Up to now, about 100 international mainstream models are carrying the road condition information of Cennavi, and Cennavi has over 5 million vehicle-mounted users, over 500 million Internet users and over 100 government-enterprise users.
Nordic Edge Expo is the largest and most influential international event themed by smart city and community in North European countries. This time, it was held in Beijing, China for the first time, indicating that international peers recognized results and related technologies in the construction of smart cities in China. It's also an opportunity and a new challenge for China's emerging industry technologies to enter the international market, which will help relevant Chinese enterprises to go abroad, expand the overseas market and build enterprises with international competitiveness.
